Pet Costume Contest!

***Limit is one picture, per pet, per submission. You can enter the same pet in more than one costume, or multiple pets if they are entered in separate submissions.  Please fill out an individual online questionnaire for each entry.***

All photos will be posted for voting on Imagine That & More and West Park Animal Hospital’s Facebook Page and websites to select a winner! We are open for submissions Oct. 1st-19th.  Voting will take place from Oct 23-Oct 27th. The winner will be announced and owner notified on October 27th.

There will be an award ceremony October 29 from 6-8PM at Imagine That & More.
